The National – I Am Easy To Find

The National is an American rock band from Ohio, formed in 1999 and consisting of Matt Berninger (vocals), Aaron Dessner (guitar, piano, keyboards), Bryce Dessner (guitar, piano, keyboards), Scott Devendorf (bass) and Bryan Devendorf (drums). The National has been compared to Joy Division, Leonard Cohen, Interpol, Wilco, Depeche Mode and Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds, with lyrics “dark, melancholy and difficult to interpret”. I Am Easy to Find is their eighth studio album, released on May 17, 2019. It’s worth noting that it features a lot of female vocalists including Lisa Hannigan, Sharon Van Etten, Mina Tindle, Gail Ann Dorsey and Kate Stables. This is a double LP printed on 180gr vinyl that contains 16 songs and has a running time of 63 minutes.
