Church Of The Sea – Anywhere But Desert

Church of the Sea is a band from Athens, Greece, formed in 2017 by Irene, Alex and Vangelis. Their sound balances between doom and dark electronic rock with heavy beats, and they could be placed anywhere between Cocteau Twins and Dead Can Dance. If you need a term to describe them, that would be “doomgaze”. Anywhere But Desert is their first EP released via A Man Out Of A Man Records.
