Apoptygma Berzerk – Soli Deo Gloria

Apoptygma Berzerk is a Norwegian musical group. They have achieved success with a brand of synthpop, and ballads backed with electronic rhythms, commonly known within the scene and referring to themselves as “futurepop”. The name “Apoptygma Berzerk” has no particular meaning. Soli Deo Gloria is their first studio album, released in 1993 and gaining attention from all over the world. It had been out of print for years until it was remastered and reissued in 2003.
